Responsibilities:

• Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner etc…

• Provide support application or system such as end user application, Windows, Linux etc…

• Data Center services including cabling, networking, telecom setup. Server/Computer or ELV room daily operation and support.

• HelpDesk service operation

• Other I.T. relevant support

• Require non-office hour working

Qualification or Experience:

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant

• Min. 2 years relevant working experience

• Knowledge and experience on Windows 7/10/11

• Certification on CCNP or HCNP
