Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal staff, external vendors, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and resolving any issues or concerns that arise
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices

Qualification or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, or system implementations
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems and processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing contingency plans as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Previous experience in a leadership role, mentoring and guiding team members to ensure project success
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Fluent spoken Mandarin or Cantonese and English
