Responsibilities:

• • Introduce company products and solutions to target customers through phone calls, emails, and other online communication channels

• • Promote product knowledge and market activities to target customers

• • Provide logistics-related quotations to customers

• • Assist with additional tasks assigned by management, such as report preparation, administrative duties, and meeting minutes

Qualification or Experience:

• • Diploma or above, with a background in IT being advantageous

• • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

• • Prior experience in sales support is preferred

• • Others (e.g. special skills)

• • Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin

• • Good command in reading & writing English (CET 4)
