I.         DECLARATION

 

I hereby declare that, to the best of my knowledge, the information provided in this  application is true, accurate and complete. I understand, any misrepresentation or omission by me herein will be sufficient cause for dismissal from the employment with the Company without notice or payment in lieu of notice.

 

 II.         AUTHORIZATION FOR COLLECTION AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION

 

a.    I authorize VastCom Technology Limited or any of its subsidiaries (the “Company”) to, through the staff of its Research and Investigations Division or any authorized agent, conduct a full investigation into my background and activities, for the purpose of processing and analysing the application submitted by me.

 

b.    I authorize the Company to collect from any third person or entity any information pertaining to me that, in the Company’s discretion, is found relevant for the above stated purposes, and authorize any such third person or entity to release such information to the Company, upon the Company’s request.

 

III.         AUTHORIZATION FOR PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

 

a.    I authorize the Company to use, process and treat by totally or partially automated means any personal data concerning me and provided by me (the “data”), for purposes related to the administrative management of my employment application and, in the event that I am employed by the Company, to the administrative management of my employment with the Company.

 

 

b.    I am aware that the administrative management of my employment application may be processed in whole or in part by one of the Company’s subsidiaries. I expressly authorize the Company, strictly for the aforesaid purpose and in all confidentiality, to share the data with the aforesaid subsidiary, irrespective of the country or jurisdiction of its place of business.

 

c.    I am aware of the collection and processing of personal data outlined in the Company’s Data Protection Policy for Employees and Job Applicants policy, which is in accordance with the Macau Personal Data Protection Act. I consent to the collection, storage and use of my personal data as described in the Data Protection Policy for Employees and Job Applicants Policy referred to by the Company.

 

d.    I am aware that I am given the right to, at any time, access, rectify or cancel any of the data, by contacting directly with the Company.

 

 IV.         Modification of Terms

Vastcom 10/6/2023 may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes.
