Responsibilities：

• • Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…

• • Provide Windows operation support

• • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting

• • Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance

• • HelpDesk service operation

Qualification or Experience：

• • Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.

• • 1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)

• • Knowledge and experience on MS Windows

• • Good team player and communication skills

• • Good planning and analytical skills with attitude

• • Preferrable: CCNA, HCIA or ITIL Foundation

Command of spoken and written English
