Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote products and services
- Support the sales team in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
Qualification or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5 years of implementation experience in Information Technology or related field
- Solid experience/skill either on cybersecurity, system infrastructure, network infrastructure or application development sector
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role in the Information Technology sector
- Strong technical knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Certifications in relevant technologies or products are a plus
- Fluent spoken Mandarin or Cantonese and English
