Pre-sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients
  • Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote products and services
  • Support the sales team in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients

Qualification or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of implementation experience in Information Technology or related field
  • Solid experience/skill either on cybersecurity, system infrastructure, network infrastructure or application development sector
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role in the Information Technology sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or products are a plus
  • Fluent spoken Mandarin or Cantonese and English
