Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Information Technology sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualification or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in related position and sector
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management in the IT sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve revenue targets
  • Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Fluent spoken Mandarin or Cantonese and English
